1 Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
By visiting the 328 website, creating an account, logging in, or using any services, these terms apply automatically. Clicking the “I agree to the Terms” checkbox during registration confirms full acceptance of these terms. Users are responsible if they accept without reading; ignorance will not be accepted later. 328 reserves the right to change or suspend services at any time without notice.
Using the 328 platform requires you to meet the minimum legal age. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. Providing false age information may result in immediate account closure by 328. These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and will be governed by Bangladesh laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts.
2 Account Creation & Security
Each individual is allowed to create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Information provided during registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal. The 328 authority may request national ID or other documents for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete.
Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. The member is responsible for any misuse of the account.
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, immediately change your password and contact the Support Center.
3 User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Authorized Use
- Use the platform for personal entertainment only.
- Keep your account information accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow the terms and applicable rules.
- Use an account registered under your own name for payments.
Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent or illegal activities are strictly forbidden.
- Bonus abuse and managing multiple accounts are prohibited.

4 Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on 328 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Approved mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used for deposits and withdrawals.

- • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- • Account verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.
- • Bonus balances require rollover conditions to be met before withdrawal.
- • 328 may conduct verification procedures in case of unusual transactions.
All bonuses and promotions have their own terms which must be read before acceptance. Bonus abuse, claiming bonuses on multiple accounts, or artificially meeting rollover requirements will result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings. 5 Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
328 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following cases: violation of terms, fraudulent activities, managing multiple accounts, identification as a minor, or failure to cooperate with verification. Users may also request account closure voluntarily. After closing, the process to refund any valid balance will begin.
All content on the 328 website — logos, designs, texts, game interfaces, and software — are the intellectual property of 328. Reproducing or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited. Legal action may be taken for IP violations.
328’s platform may include links to third-party services or game providers. 328 is not responsible for the content, policies, or activities of these third parties. Users access third-party services at their own risk and should review those services’ terms separately.
6 Liability, Changes to Terms & Contact
The 328 platform is provided “as is.” 328 is not liable for damages caused by technical issues, server failures, or internet interruptions. However, 328 will attempt to resolve verifiable transaction errors. All financial losses from betting and gaming are solely the user’s responsibility.
